Conference catering is very flexible and tailored menus can be pre-booked for any event.

We also offer a selection of sandwich menus which are included in the day delegate rate. Salad menus and hot menus are also available for a small supplement. Please remember to inform us of any special dietary requirements, which we will be happy to cater for.

Good local produce and the freshest of ingredients are used wherever possible. Orange juice and water are also included in the day delegate package together with three tea & coffee breaks. Breakfast and snacks available on request.
